Where AlexJaye comes from.
The work that built AlexJaye Productions happened at the intersection of mission, community, and scale. Over more than a decade, Sean led event production for organizations with high expectations and complex logistics, overseeing bi-annual convenings, national leadership gatherings, fellowships, parent leader institutes, large community action events, and cohort programs across multiple markets. More than 20,000 room nights were managed across that body of work.
What that experience built was not a list of competencies. It was a set of convictions. That operational excellence is an act of care. That the people in the room deserve a seamless experience because their time and presence matter. That a production team is only as good as the trust and communication it builds with its client. And that the unglamorous work of contracts, room blocks, run of shows, and budget reconciliation is exactly what makes the room feel alive when the program begins.
