Sean Alexander, Executive ProducerAlexJaye Productions was built on one belief: the people who gather deserve more than logistics. They deserve an experience that is seamless, intentional, and worthy of their mission.
We serve nonprofits, faith communities, advocacy groups, professional associations, corporations, and any community of people who gather to lead, learn, and move the world forward. We bring a dedicated production team scaled to the scope of your event.

Production only matters if it disappears into the experience. These are real moments from real gatherings AlexJaye Productions has produced from the ground up.

A boutique firm earns trust one gathering at a time. Here is what that looks like from the people closest to the work.
Sean and his team are absolutely amazing. They anticipate my every need before I even have to ask and have a remarkable gift for putting me completely at ease. Sean is incredibly easy to work with, consistently even tempered, thoughtful, and professional. It has truly been a pleasure partnering with him and his team, and I look forward to many more years of working together.
Sean is simply brilliant. He brings the level of accuracy, precision, and strategic leadership required to execute an event of this magnitude with excellence. His ability to anticipate challenges, manage countless details, and deliver exceptional results is truly remarkable. I honestly don't know what we would do without him.
Working with Sean has been a true pleasure. I have greatly appreciated the opportunity to learn from his knowledge, experience, and expertise in bringing our conference to life. This is our second year working together, and I am excited about what the future holds and the many years of partnership still to come.
Sean and the team at AlexJaye Productions are simply exceptional. They came into a complex situation, identified what was missing, and built a full production infrastructure from the ground up. Our gatherings have never run more smoothly.
Before AlexJaye Productions, this same level of execution was already being proven at scale. In 2022, the team Sean led at Innovate Public Schools produced the largest in-person convening in the organization's history.
The Parent Leader Institute brought together more than 300 parent leaders from across the country to Los Angeles for a three-day gathering, including chartered buses from the Bay Area and flights coordinated for partners arriving from across the United States.
Every logistical piece, flights, lodging, meeting space, food service, conference room design, audio, live language translation, and registration, was owned end to end. The event ran successfully and closed under budget.
The largest in-person convening in Innovate Public Schools' history. Full logistical ownership across flights, lodging, meeting space, food service, conference design, audio, live translation, and registration, including chartered transportation from the Bay Area and flown-in partners from across the country.
Most conferences do not fail in the program.
They fail in who owns the logistics.
Logistics gets treated as an afterthought, something that does not require much planning, when in reality logistics is the heartbeat of any successful convening. The program is what gets the spotlight and the applause. The work that brings the program to life rarely gets mentioned at all.
But a program is only as successful as the preparation behind it. The room has to be right. The timing has to hold. The vendors have to know exactly what they own. The budget has to be tracked in real time, not reconciled after the fact. None of that happens by accident, and none of it happens without someone owning it from beginning to end.
That is the gap AlexJaye Productions exists to close. Not another vendor in the mix. The one team that owns the whole thing, so the program can actually land the way it was meant to.
37 details pulled from over a decade of producing national gatherings, organized into the six areas that make or break a conference. Use it as a gut check at any stage of your planning, no call required.

Ready to bring the right production team to your next gathering?
Book a Discovery CallAlexJaye Productions was built from years of leading high-stakes, multi-day convenings for complex organizations. We own the work entirely, and we bring the team to do it right.
AlexJaye Productions did not start as a business plan. It started as a pattern Sean could not ignore. Inside every role he held, the same thing kept happening: people outside his own team kept finding their way to him whenever something complicated needed to be pulled together. A room. A timeline. A vendor relationship gone sideways. People started asking for his help on things that had nothing to do with his actual job title, again and again, until the pattern became impossible to dismiss as coincidence.
Eventually Sean stopped treating it as a distraction from his real work and started recognizing it as the work he actually wanted to be doing. That recognition, more than any single event or any single client, is what built AlexJaye Productions. Not a leap of faith. A response to what kept showing up at his door.
Over more than a decade since, that instinct turned into a discipline. Sean has led event production for organizations with high expectations and complex logistics, overseeing bi-annual convenings, national leadership gatherings, fellowships, parent leader institutes, large community action events, and cohort programs across multiple markets, with more than 20,000 room nights managed across that body of work. Today, AlexJaye Productions carries that same instinct into every engagement, including the current, multi-year partnership with The Fellowship of Affirming Ministries (TFAM) across both their Holy Convocation and their Leadership Conference.
The moment it all clicks is the moment the
first service kicks off.
Lights and video screens are exactly where they should be. The program is flowing as intended. Every registrar is settled into their room. Food is arriving on time, as planned. None of it looks dramatic from the outside. It is just a room working the way it is supposed to work.
That is the moment. Months of preparation, contracts, run of show revisions, vendor calls, budget lines, all of it, finally moving in perfect harmony, all at once, in real time. Nobody in the room sees the work it took to get there. That is exactly the point.
AlexJaye Productions is not a solo operation. Every engagement is anchored by Sean Alexander as Executive Producer and staffed with experienced production professionals based on what your event requires. The team is always intentional, always accountable, and always built around your scope.
Sean leads every AlexJaye engagement, no exceptions. He owns the client relationship, the production strategy, the hotel contracts, the budget, and the on-site execution. What he believes, and what most of the industry treats as an afterthought, is that logistics is not support work. It is the heartbeat of whether a gathering actually lands. Sean brings more than a decade of producing national-level gatherings to every client he serves, and he is in the room for every one of them.
Depending on the complexity and duration of your event, AlexJaye Productions assembles the right combination of production professionals from the roles below. Every person brought onto an engagement knows what they own and is accountable to the same standard of excellence.

On-site production support for check-in, room monitoring, speaker management, and attendee flow throughout the event.
Manages day-of vendor communication, contract compliance, and coordinates all external partner arrivals and setups.
The right team for your event. Not every engagement requires every role. What every engagement does require is the right people, clearly briefed, with defined ownership and accountability. That is how AlexJaye Productions operates — and it is what separates a production firm from a coordinator.
No matter the client, size, or scope, these commitments guide every engagement.
We do not begin executing until everyone on the planning team is aligned on objectives, roles, timelines, and decisions. Clarity is the foundation, not overhead.
The best production teams are the ones attendees never see. We work in the background with obsessive attention so that everything in the front feels effortless and right.
We are not a service you hire. We are a team you bring in. Our clients feel the difference. We are invested in your mission, not just your event budget.
We communicate in a way that is clear, direct, collaborative, and human. Honest updates, real timelines, genuine partnership. Nothing performative.
We name gaps, flag risks, and hold timelines, not as critics, but as people who are just as invested in success as you are. Accountability is care.
When organizations invest in a gathering, they are investing in their people. We hold a standard of excellence that honors that investment every single time.
Let's talk about your next gathering.
Book a Discovery CallThe way we plan, coordinate, and produce a conference is an act of care for every person who shows up. That belief shapes everything we do, and everyone we bring onto the team.
When you bring people together, you are making a statement about what matters. How you run that gathering communicates your values as clearly as any speech or document. We take that responsibility seriously.
Every smooth transition, every well-timed meal, every room that is set exactly right, these are acts of hospitality. When logistics work, people feel welcome. We design for that feeling.
Confusion costs energy that should go toward the mission. We are obsessive about clear timelines, clear roles, and clear communications, not because we are rigid, but because we respect your team's time and attention.
We do not make a plan and walk away from it. We build adaptive systems that flex when reality changes, and reality always changes. The goal is not a perfect plan. It is a confident team.
The most important thing we bring to any event is a calm, capable, human presence on the ground. Not just good systems. People who are actually there, watching, adapting, and caring about the outcome.
When organizations invest in a gathering, they are investing in their people. We believe the people who show up deserve our best. Cutting corners is a form of disrespect to everyone gathering.
"We don't produce events. We build the infrastructure for meaningful things to happen to real people."
At AlexJaye Productions, we have seen what happens when a conference runs beautifully. People have breakthroughs. Leaders align. Communities strengthen. Movements get organized. And we have seen what happens when it does not, distracted attendees, frustrated staff, and mission energy that never quite ignites.
The difference is almost always operational. Not the keynotes. Not the venue. Not the budget. It is whether someone, a real, capable, experienced team, was truly in charge of making every detail serve the purpose of the gathering.
That is our role. That is our calling. And we bring the right people to do it, every single time.
If this philosophy resonates, we want to work together.
